1. View Monday's article where I am quoted talking about protein supplements, specifically in female athletes. <p>
2. Drink tons of water.
3. Consume about 20-30g carbohydrate with protein before training and before the event, and 10-20g protein afterwards (can be found in certain granola bars for convenience). <p>
